Pain around your shins often called shin splints. Possible Medical Diagnoses: Posterior tibial tendonitis.
A combined stretching and strengthening program along with an educational segment on how to control swelling and inflammation. Shin splints are usually helped by a combination of anti-inflammatory medication, ice, and exercise.
