Two programs: Stretching Program and Strengthening Program. When aching or sharp pain in your lower back limits your ability to move freely use the Stretching Program. Once your back pain begins to ease up, you need to work on the cause of the problem — weakness in the lower back. The Strengthening Program will help you build strength in the lower back and legs.
