Lower Back and Leg Pain

Pain in the lower back that radiates down into the leg. Medical Diagnoses: Lumbosacral radiculopathy, sciatica, herniated disc, HNP.

Two programs: Stretching Program and Strengthening Program. When tightness, aching, or sharp pain in the lower back and leg limits your ability to move freely, use the Stretching Program. Stretching will help loosen your lower back. You'll find exercises to make your back stronger and more stable in the Strengthening Program. Doing these exercises will help prevent you from having another episode of back pain. Duration: 30:00 minutes.
